Shipping policy

Where we ship

Bèl Larenn Apparel Co. currently ships to addresses within the United States. We do not ship to addresses that our carrier or fulfillment partner cannot service. 

Processing Times

Processing time is the time needed to prepare an order before it ships. It does not include carrier transit time.

Shipping rates and delivery estimates

Shipping rates and available delivery methods are shown at checkout. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays, weather conditions, holidays, incorrect addresses, and other events outside our control may affect delivery.

Tracking

When tracking is available, it will be sent to the email address or phone number used at checkout. Tracking may take up to 48 hours to update after a shipping label is created.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address. Contact us immediately if you notice an error. Once orders enter production or ships, we may be unable to change the address.

If an order is returned because of an incorrect, incomplete, refused, or undeliverable address, the customer is responsible for any reshipping cost. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable. Orders shipped to an address entered incorrectly by the customer are not eligible for free replacement or refund.

Lost, stolen, or delayed packages

A carrier scan showing "delivered" is considered confirmation of delivery. If tracking shows delivered but you cannot locate the package, check the delivery area, household members, neighbors, property office, and carrier first. Then contact us within 7 calendar days so that we can help review the available information

Bèl Larenn Apparel Co. is not responsible for theft or loss after confirmed delivery. Replacement or refund is not guaranteed. Any decision will depend on the carrier's findings and the circumstances of the order.

For a package that appears lost in transit, contact us at hello@shopbellarenn.com. We may need to wait for the carrier's required investigation period before offering a resolution.
